Monospecific polyclonal antibodies were developed in experimental animals
(rabbits) by injection of pure antigen. Sera of immunized animals were
fractionated for preparation of IgG fraction. Antibodies were tested by double
immunodiffusion assay according to Ouchterlony. They do not cross-react with
any other plasma proteins.Antibodies are supplied as solution containing 0.01
M phosphate buffer pH 7.1, 0.15 M NaCl and 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. The
antibodies preserve their antigen binding properties at least 2-3 years. We
can produce monospecific antibodies to all our proteins by your request.
Moreover we can produce antibodies to your antigens.
